The Firm is the private equity arm of Vienna Investment Trust which is one of the oldest investing organizations in Romania. Vienna Investment Trust was established in 1994 as a founding member of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and since 2003 has been regulated by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority.
